Then we must activate either the Left Section, the Center Section or the Right Section for our Watermark. In the image below, I have selected the Header area for the Watermark to be inserted. Depending on where we want our Watermark inserted, we either select Header of Footer. For this post though, it will contain a Watermark. Headers and Footers usually contain information such as Page Number, Date and Document Name. In the middle of the Header/Footer tab of the Page Setup dialog box are located the Custom Header button and the Custom Footer button. Once we select the Sheet Page Setup command, the Page Setup dialog box appears as shown below, where we must activate the Header/Footer tab.

At the bottom right corner of the Sheet Options area, we select the arrow located there which is name Sheet Page Setup, where we are also notified that we can Check Out The Full Set Of Printing Options For Our Spreadsheet. We must select the Page Layout tab and then we locate the area of the ribbon named Sheet Options as shown in the image below. Inserting a Watermark is an easy procedure and has been describe in a previous post of mine, but inserting a Watermark in an Excel Spreadsheet is a bit tricky and will be described in the post below, so just keep on reading. Watermark can either be text or even images, such as our logo or other pictures.
For example, Watermarks usually displays the status of the Document or Spreadsheet such as “ Confidential”, “ Copyright” among others. Watermark is an image or text that appears usually behind the main Document or Spreadsheet.
